we are looking for delivery partner to join our team gora infra who can transform items from one place to another.the role requires pick up and drop off items. while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules candidate. must be polite and prompt with the responses to provide clients with an excellent experience Deliveries: Load, transport, and deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses.Route management: Plan and follow routes and time schedules efficiently, using navigation tools like GPS.Loading and unloading: Safely load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, sometimes involving heavy items up to 50 lbs.Customer service: Interact courteously with customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain signatures for proof of delivery.Order accuracy: Review and verify orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and handle any discrepancies.Payments and records: Accept payments, handle related documentation, and maintain accurate delivery logs.Vehicle maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and safe.Safety and compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintain a clean driving record. Required skills and qualificationsValid driver's license and a clean driving record.Safe and responsible driving habits.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with local routes and navigation.Physical ability to lift packages and get in and out of a vehicle frequently.Time management and the ability to work under pressure.Problem-solving skills to handle issues as they arise.Reliability and punctuality.
