Responsibilities:

• Pick up and Delivery:

  Collect items from a designated location and deliver them to the specified address. 

• Route Planning:

  Plan efficient delivery routes, often using GPS or maps, to ensure timely deliveries. 

• Loading and Unloading:

  Safely load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, sometimes handling items that may be heavy or bulky. 

• Customer Service:

  Interact with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues related to the delivery. 

• Payment Handling:

  Collect payments from customers upon delivery, if required, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
