Job Description

We are looking for energetic and dependable Delivery Riders to join our team for Flipkart Minutes (Quick Commerce). In this role, your primary focus will be ensuring the lightning-fast, safe, and professional delivery of grocery and household essentials to customers within the designated time frame.

Key Responsibilities

• Instant Delivery: Pick up orders from the dark store/hub and deliver them to customers accurately and within the promised minutes.

• Order Care: Handle packages with care to ensure products (including fresh items and fragile goods) are delivered in perfect condition.

• Navigation & Safety: Follow optimal routes using GPS navigation tools while strictly complying with all traffic regulations and safety guidelines.

• Customer Service: Interact with clients politely and professionally at their doorstep to ensure an excellent service experience.

• Cash/Digital Payments: Securely handle cash on delivery (COD) or verify digital payments when required.

Job Requirements

• Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License, RC, and Insurance.

• Device: Possession of an Android smartphone with a working internet connection for order navigation.

• Skills: Strong time management, local route familiarity, and basic customer communication skills.

• Documents: Ready availability of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card for quick onboarding.

• It is a Both Delivery job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
