म FLIPKART में डिलीवरी बॉय की भर्ती कर रहे हैं।
इस पद का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्राहकों तक सामान की समय पर और सुरक्षित डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना है, साथ ही कंपनी के मानकों और पेशेवर व्यवहार को बनाए रखना है। उम्मीदवारों में अच्छी संगठनात्मक क्षमता और उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान करने की प्रतिबद्धता होनी चाहिए।
इस पद के लिए मासिक वेतन ₹15,000 से ₹20,500 तक है।
(Petrol charges 8500rs, Attendance bonus - 2000, Mobile Allowance - 350 included) (PF ESI and Insurance extra added)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

सामान को सही समय पर और सही स्थान पर पहुंचाना।
यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी ऑर्डर पूर्ण हों और सही प्राप्तकर्ता को सौंपे जाएँ।
सामान की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग सावधानीपूर्वक करना।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर भुगतान एकत्र करना और संबंधित दस्तावेज प्रदान करना।
ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों और समस्याओं का विनम्रता से समाधान करना।
निर्धारित मार्गों का पालन करना और सभी यातायात नियमों का अनुपालन करना।
डिलीवरी से संबंधित विवरण जैसे समय, स्थान और रसीदों का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास
अनुभव: 0 से 6+ वर्ष
समय प्रबंधन, विवरणों पर ध्यान और ग्राहक सेवा कौशल आवश्यक हैं।
नेविगेशन टूल्स (Google Maps आदि) की जानकारी होना लाभदायक होगा।
पूर्व डिलीवरी अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
