Responsibilities:

• Deliveries: Transport packages and documents to designated locations efficiently and safely. 

• Time Management: Ensure packages are delivered within the specified timeframe. 

• Customer Service: Address customer queries and complaints professionally, and maintain a positive customer experience. 

• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. 

• Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of themselves and others. 

• Reporting: Report any issues or concerns to supervisors, such as accidents or traffic violations. 

• Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers, if required. 

• Customer Feedback: Seek customer feedback on the delivery service.  

• Package Handling: Carefully handle packages to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
