The Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering packages, documents, or food items to customers safely and on time. The role requires punctuality, good communication skills, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect items from the warehouse/store/restaurant as per delivery schedule
Deliver orders to customers at assigned locations within the given time
Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and order items
Collect cash or digital payments (if applicable) and submit them to the office
Maintain delivery records, invoices, and receipts accurately
Handle items carefully to avoid damage during transit
Follow traffic rules and ensure road safety at all times
Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic delivery issues
Report delays, complaints, or issues to the supervisor immediately
