Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Pick up parcels from the warehouse or distribution center.
Deliver packages to customers within the assigned area.
Ensure parcels are delivered safely and on time.
Collect delivery confirmation (OTP, signature, or photo proof).
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments if required.
Follow the assigned delivery route efficiently.
Maintain records of delivered and undelivered packages.
Report delivery issues, delays, or damaged parcels to the supervisor.
Basic knowledge of maps or GPS apps such as Google Maps.
Ability to lift and carry packages.
Good communication and customer service skills.
