Pick up parcels from the warehouse or distribution center
Deliver packages to customers’ addresses within the assigned area
Verify delivery details like address, contact number, and parcel condition
Collect payments (Cash on Delivery – COD) when required
Obtain customer signatures or OTP confirmation for successful delivery
Handle returns or failed deliveries as per company policy
Maintain records of deliveries and payments
Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently
Ensure parcels are handled carefully to avoid damage
