Delivery Boy

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Executives to join the Ekart delivery team. The role involves picking up and delivering items to customers safely and on time while following assigned routes and schedules. Candidates must be polite, punctual, and customer-focused to ensure an excellent delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels to customers or business locations in a safe and timely manner.

• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and Ekart delivery guidelines.

• Verify orders before and after delivery to ensure items, quantities, and details are accurate.

• Ensure parcels are delivered to the correct customer and obtain required confirmation.

• Assist with loading and unloading of packages from the delivery vehicle.

• Collect payments or handle cash-on-delivery (COD), where applicable.

• Provide professional customer service, answer basic queries, and handle customer concerns politely.

• Follow all traffic rules and maintain a safe and responsible driving record.

• Maintain delivery records, reports, and any required documentation.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
