Key Responsibilities loading & Unloading: Carefully packing items into vehicles and ensuring they are secured to prevent damage during transit.Route Planning: Using GPS or local knowledge to plan the most efficient travel routes to meet delivery deadlines.Customer Interaction: Delivering items to specific addresses, answering questions, and handling complaints professionally.Payment & Documentation: Collecting payments (cash or digital), obtaining customer signatures, and keeping accurate delivery logs.Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting routine checks (fuel, tires, cleanliness) and reporting any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.

Core Requirements driving Credentials: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.Physical Stamina: The ability to lift heavy packages (often up to 20–25 kg) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Education: Usually requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), though some entry-level roles may waive this.Skills: Strong time management, navigation skills, and basic communication for interacting with customers.
