A Delivery Boy is responsible for transporting goods, packages, or food items from a business to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. The role requires punctuality, good navigation skills, and courteous behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up orders from the warehouse, restaurant, or store.
Deliver items to customers at their doorstep on time.
Verify delivery details such as address and contact number.
Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments when required.
Maintain records of deliveries and payments.
Ensure the safety and proper handling of items during transit.
Follow assigned routes and use navigation apps when needed.
Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
