Delivery Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Pickup & Delivery Executive to manage the transportation of IT hardware equipment to and from client locations. The role involves handling devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, switches, routers, and other related components. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field travel and able to lift and carry equipment when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and deliver IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, switches, routers, etc., from client locations to the office and vice versa.

• Ensure proper handling and safety of all hardware during transportation.

• Visit local markets or vendors to purchase IT hardware or accessories as per company requirement.

• Collect and maintain delivery receipts, gate passes, and acknowledgment forms.

• Coordinate with the support/service team for task updates and schedules.

• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining professionalism at all client sites.

• Provide basic updates on material condition if required during handover.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / SSC; Higher Secondary preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (preferred), especially in IT hardware or courier-related work.

• Physical & Medical Fitness: Must be physically and medically fit to carry IT hardware weighing up to 15–20 kg.

• Other Requirements:

  • Should be familiar with Mumbai and nearby areas.

  • Basic understanding of IT products (added advantage).

  • Responsible and punctual.

  • Good behavior and communication skills with clients.
