Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Associate to deliver parcels for e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate should have their own bike and a valid driving license. The role involves timely and safe delivery of packages to customers while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up parcels from the warehouse or distribution center.
Deliver packages to customers within the assigned area.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments when required.
Maintain delivery records using mobile apps.
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
Provide good customer service and maintain a polite attitude.
Requirements:
- Must have own bike/scooter.
- Valid driving license and vehicle documents.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and GPS/navigation apps.
- Prior delivery experience (preferred but not mandatory).
