The Delivery Boy is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves picking up items from the warehouse/vendor and delivering them safely to customers’ locations using a bike or other company-approved vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels, food, or other items to customers within the assigned area.

• Ensure timely deliveries as per the schedule and maintain delivery accuracy.

• Verify the recipient’s details before handing over the delivery.

• Handle products safely and ensure no damage during transit.

• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate records.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams.
