  • Route Optimization: Plan and follow efficient routes, adapting to traffic for timely deliveries.

  • Customer Service: Interact professionally, answer questions, address complaints, and obtain signatures/payments.

  • Vehicle & Safety: Load/unload carefully, maintain the delivery vehicle, and strictly follow traffic laws.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery logs, update delivery statuses, and report issues.
