Key Responsibilities:

  • Pickup & Delivery: Collect items from designated points (restaurants, warehouses, vendors) and deliver them to customers.

  • Time Management: Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting deadlines.

  • Customer Service: Communicate politely with customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and potentially collect payments or signatures.

  • Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to traffic laws, drive safely, and keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.

  • Platform Management: Use delivery apps for order management and confirmations.
