Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to deliver products to customers promptly and safely. As a Delivery Executive, you will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages, parcels, or food items to customers at their doorstep.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery within assigned routes or areas.

• Collect payments or delivery confirmations when required.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

• Communicate with dispatch or customer service for route updates or delivery instructions.

• Handle products carefully and maintain company equipment (bikes, delivery bags, etc.).

• Follow traffic laws and safety standards while on duty.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid driver's license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler as applicable).

• Own vehicle (if not provided by the company) [Mention if necessary].

• Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.

• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift packages when needed.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
