Safely operate a commercial delivery van, strictly adhering to all traffic laws, road safety protocols, and speed limits. Pack, load, and arrange grocery items into the van efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Unload goods at client locations, which may involve carrying heavy bags. Deliver groceries directly to the customer's doorstep, answer basic questions, and handle delivery-related complaints. Accept and accurately process Cash on Delivery (COD) payments or verify digital transactions and obtain customer signatures.
