Key Responsibilities

• Update Delivery Status: Use the company’s app or website to update the status of deliveries upon completion.

• Collect Payments: Accept and record payments for delivered items when required.

• Maintain Vehicle: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly refueled.

• Plan Routes: Strategically plan daily travel routes based on delivery locations and time constraints to optimize efficiency.

• Customer Interaction: Answer customer questions, address complaints, and investigate any discrepancies with delivered items.

• Documentation: Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
