Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Transport: Pick up, transport, and deliver items to designated locations on time, handling packages with care.

Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic.

Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, answer questions, handle complaints, and obtain signatures.

Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash/digital) and provide change if needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, update delivery status, and report discrepancies or issues.

Vehicle & Safety: Perform vehicle checks, adhere to traffic laws, and ensure safe operation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Licensing: Valid driver's license (often for a specific vehicle type) and a clean driving record.

Navigation: Proficiency with GPS and strong local area knowledge.

Customer Focus: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry packages.

Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and independence.

Tools & Environment

Operates company vehicles (bikes, cars, vans).

Uses smartphones for navigation and apps.

Works in various weather and traffic conditions.
