रोल्स & रेस्पॉन्सिबिलिटीज़ ऑफ़ डिलीवरी बॉय टैगिंग किए गए बिलों से पैकेट को मिलाना है। और टैग को रिसीव करना है। रूट वा लोड के अनुसार अपने पैकेट को बैग में पैक करना है। यदि किसी पार्टी का एड्रेस नही मालूम होते है तो उसको कॉल करके पहले एड्रेस क्लियर करता है। टैग मैं बने पार्टी के यदि CN है तो उसकी कॉपी लेना है । पार्टी को आर्डर डेलिवरी करने के समय यदि किसी पार्टी का गुड्स रिटर्न होता है तो उसको रिसीव करना है । टैग मैं बने सारे बिलों की डिलीवरी करने के बाद वापस टैग का हिसाब देना होता है, और पार्टी से रिसीव किए गए गुड्स रिटर्न को जीआर बुक पे नोट करके जीआर बनाने वाले व्यक्ति को GR रजिस्टर पर नोट करके देना है। यदि कोई पैकेट वापस आता है तो उसे रजिस्टर पर नोट करके डिस्पैच डिपार्टमेंट को वापस देना है और रिसीव किए गए टैग पर हस्ताक्षर कराना है। ग्राहक के काउंटर से माल वापस लाने से पहले सेल्स मैनेजर से बात करना। कलेक्ट किये गए अमाउंट को लाइव आर्डर पर अपडेट करना है । ऑनलाइन भुगतान का स्क्रीनशॉट ले कर ग्रुप में कस्टमर कोड और नाम से सेंड करना है। कस्टमर से कलेक्ट किये गए डाक्यूमेंट्स ( डी , चेक ) कैश डिपार्टमेंट में जमा करना है। डी सी ऐप्प के माध्यम से ग्राहक की डिलीवरी देना है। G R लिए गए माल का कारण G R slip में अपडेट करना। G R वापसी कस्टमर को समय से वापस करना। अपने टैग को कैश डिपार्टमेंट से क्लियर रखना है। कस्टमर के साथ गलत व्यवहार नहीं करना है। किसी समस्या के लिए अपने टीम लीडर या मैनेजर से संपर्क करना। कस्टमर को संतुष्ट रखना है। कस्टमर के इशू को रिसॉल्व कराना है। अपनी शिफ्ट को फॉलो करना है। कस्टमर से सेल बढाने की बात करनी है। डिलीवरी लेट होने पर कस्टमर से बात करनी है। पोस्ट डेटेड चेक लेने से पहले कंसर्नड सेल्स मैनेजर को इन्फॉर्म करना है।
