Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up packages/orders from the warehouse, store, or distribution center.

  • Deliver packages to customers according to the assigned route.

  • Verify customer details and obtain proof of delivery/signature when required.

  • Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.

  • Collect cash or payments, if applicable.

  • Use GPS/navigation and delivery apps to manage routes and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery issues.

  • Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle/bike.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and customer-service skills

  • Basic smartphone/app knowledge

  • Ability to navigate using GPS

  • Time-management and organizational skills

  • Physically fit and able to handle packages

  • Valid driving licence, if the role involves driving
