  • Pick up and load packages for delivery.

  • Plan and follow assigned delivery routes.

  • Deliver packages to the correct customers and locations.

  • Collect payments or obtain proof of delivery when required.

  • Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.

  • Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, delays, or issues.

  • Update delivery status using a mobile app or delivery system.

  • Return undelivered packages to the appropriate facility.

  • Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures.

  • Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike and report any problems
