Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier Delivery Boy to ensure the safe and timely pickup and delivery of courier parcels and documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver courier parcels, documents, and packages within assigned areas.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery while following scheduled routes.
Verify shipment details before pickup and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required and deposit them according to company procedures.
Handle parcels carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Update delivery status using the company's mobile app or delivery system.
Communicate delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned delivery vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own motorcycle/scooter with valid registration and insurance (if required).
Basic smartphone skills and familiarity with navigation apps such as Google Maps.
Previous courier or delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
