पद: कूरियर डिलीवरी एसोसिएट

कंपनी: Sadguru Krupa Industrial Services

Sadguru Krupa Industrial Services में कूरियर डिलीवरी एसोसिएट की आवश्यकता है। यह फिक्स सैलरी वाली नौकरी नहीं है, बल्कि प्रति सफल डिलीवरी भुगतान (Per Package Payment) के आधार पर कार्य किया जाएगा।

भुगतान (Payment):

- प्रति सफल डिलीवरी ₹18 से ₹20 का भुगतान।

- जितने अधिक पार्सल डिलीवर करेंगे, उतनी अधिक कमाई होगी।

- भुगतान साप्ताहिक (Weekly Basis) किया जाएगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

- निर्धारित हब से पार्सल प्राप्त करना।

- पार्सल को सुरक्षित एवं समय पर ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाना।

- डिलीवरी की पुष्टि करना तथा आवश्यक रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

- ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्र एवं पेशेवर व्यवहार बनाए रखना।

- सभी ट्रैफिक नियमों एवं सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना।

योग्यता (Eligibility):

- न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं से कम / 10वीं पास या उससे अधिक।

- फ्रेशर एवं 0 से 6 माह तक का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

- स्वयं की दोपहिया वाहन (Bike/Scooter), वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, RC, इंश्योरेंस एवं PUC होना अनिवार्य है।

- एंड्रॉयड स्मार्टफोन होना आवश्यक है।

- स्थानीय क्षेत्र की जानकारी एवं Google Maps का सामान्य उपयोग आना चाहिए।

महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें:

- पेट्रोल, वाहन रखरखाव, मोबाइल रिचार्ज तथा अन्य सभी खर्च उम्मीदवार को स्वयं वहन करने होंगे।

- किसी भी प्रकार का एडवांस, पेट्रोल भत्ता या अन्य भत्ता प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।

- साप्ताहिक भुगतान केवल सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर किए गए पार्सलों की संख्या के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

- आपकी कमाई पूरी तरह आपके कार्य एवं डिलीवरी की संख्या पर निर्भर करेगी।
