Key Responsibilities:

Pick up parcels from the warehouse or dispatch center.
Deliver packages to customers at the assigned addresses.
Verify customer details and collect signatures or OTP for delivery confirmation.
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required.
Maintain delivery records and update delivery status in the system or app.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Ensure parcels are delivered safely without damage.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status if needed.
