Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and responsible Courier Delivery Executives to join our team. The role involves picking up and delivering parcels safely and on time, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages/parcels to customers within assigned routes and timelines.

Verify delivery information such as addresses and contact details before dispatch.

Collect payments when required (Cash on Delivery).

Handle parcels with care and ensure proper documentation.

Maintain records of deliveries, receipts, and customer interactions.

Communicate with dispatch team for route updates or delivery issues.

Follow company safety guidelines and traffic rules.

Represent the company professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.

Valid driving license Two-wheeler

Own vehicle is a must.

Good knowledge of local routes and locations.

Ability to handle smartphones/GPS for navigation and delivery apps.

Good communication skills.

Physically fit to lift and deliver parcels of varying sizes.

Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused.
