Bike Rider

We are looking for a Bike Rider to join our team Cleanito, which is a Premium Laundry Service in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, who can pick up and deliver Clothes from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering clothes to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
