Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Driver-cum-Delivery Associate to handle daily grocery deliveries. The role involves safe driving, timely deliveries, and basic customer interaction. This is a field role requiring discipline, honesty, and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up grocery orders from the warehouse/dark store

• Deliver orders to customers within assigned routes and timelines

• Handle goods carefully to avoid damage or shortages

• Collect payment (if applicable) and obtain delivery confirmation

• Maintain delivery records and follow route plans

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep

• Follow traffic rules and company SOPs strictly

Requirements

• Valid driving license (2-wheeler / 3-wheeler / 4-wheeler as applicable)

• Minimum basic education (able to read delivery details)

• Knowledge of local areas and routes

• Physically fit to handle grocery boxes

• Smartphone knowledge for app-based deliveries

• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude

Preferred

• Prior experience in grocery / e-commerce / courier delivery

• Familiarity with Google Maps

• Willingness to work in shifts
