We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Voice Process – Night Shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and assisting customers with their queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) effectively.
Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints with clarity and professionalism.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Document all interactions in the system.
Meet performance targets including quality, accuracy, and call handling time.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and any regional language if required).
Prior experience in voice process/BPO preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
