Job Summary:

The Customer support Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls within the domestic market to support various business processes such as customer service, sales, and collections. The role involves interacting with customers to address their queries, provide product or service information, promote sales, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The executive must maintain a polite and professional communication style, meet performance targets, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

- Work Location: Bommanahalli, Koramangala, Marathahalli, Bengaluru

-Shifts: 6days working/ 1 day rotational Week Off( Day shift)

-Fresher/Experienced both are also welcome.

-Any graduates are fine, for experience undergraduate we can take.

-Language: English+ Regional Lang (Regional Lang should be fluent in this role)

-Salary: Fresher( 17K) , Exp 24k-26k

- we need good Hindi+ English & Malayalam+English Candidates Immediate Joiners.

-If candidate are experienced they should have proper relieving documents from previous organization.

-We are hiring for Customer support, collection and for sales also.

- Immediate Joiners Only

- Candidate who are in Bangalore are only preferred.(No relocation allowed).
