Position: International Voice Process Executive

We are hiring candidates for an international voice process to support overseas customers through phone calls. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, customer handling ability, and a willingness to work night shifts.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international clients/customers
Understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate resolutions
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Follow company policies, communication standards, and call scripts
Meet performance targets such as AHT, CSAT, and Quality scores
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Only night shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Must be customer-focused and good at problem-solving
Prior BPO/International process experience preferred, but freshers can apply
Graduation (any stream)
Freshers / Experienced both can apply
