• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication.
