Job Description

We are hiring Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers, and provide support regarding products/services. The candidate should have good communication skills and customer handling ability

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

· Resolve customer queries and provide correct information

· Maintain call quality and follow company process

· Update customer details in system/CRM

· Achieve daily/weekly targets (if applicable)

Requirements:

· Good communication skills in Hindi (as required)

· Basic computer knowledge

· Customer-friendly attitude

· Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply
