Job Title: Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)

Job Description: We are hiring Voice Process Executives to handle outbound calls, assist customers, and provide support regarding products/services. The candidate should have strong communication skills and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide correct information
Maintain call quality and follow the company process
Update customer details in the system/CRM
Achieve daily/weekly targets
