Job Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
· Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Record customer interactions in the system.
· Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
· Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.
· Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills in the preferred language.
· Basic English communication is an added advantage.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
· Good listening and problem-solving skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
