Job Description

We are looking for a Voice Process Executive to join our team at Treosss Hr Consultancy to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to BPO. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹24000 and opportunities for growth.

🔹 Location: Perungudi, Chennai
🔹 Experience: Freshers / Experienced – 0 to 3 Years
🔹 Work Mode: Work From Office
🔹 Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle outbound collection calls for the Banking domain
✅ Record customer interactions accurately in CRM/call logs
✅ Follow up with customers and provide timely callbacks
✅ Resolve customer queries professionally
✅ Achieve collection targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach
✅ Work effectively within a team-oriented environment

🎯 Eligibility
✅ Age: 18 years and above
✅ Minimum Graduate from a recognized educational institution in India
✅ Arrears are acceptable
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Fluency in any of the following:
