Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our Domestic Voice Process team. You will handle customer calls in regional or national languages, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

• Make outbound calls for promotions, follow-ups, or verifications.

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain call records and follow company protocols.

• Meet daily/weekly targets as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or regional languages.

• Basic understanding of customer service practices.
