Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals proficient in Kannada for a voice-based customer support role. This is a full-time, day-shift position that involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in language professionally and empathetically.

Provide accurate information related to products, services, and processes.

Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines.

Record and update customer interactions in the system.

Follow communication and service quality protocols.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in speaking ( Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, & Telugu + English)

Basic understanding of English (for internal communication)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in customer interactions

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
