Job Title: Voice Process Executive – Malayalam / Kannada

Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Department: Lead Generation (Non-Target Based)

• Malayalam: 20 openings

• Kannada: 5 openings

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls in regional language (Malayalam or Kannada) to generate leads

• Share accurate product/service information with customers

• Record lead details in the system with basic data entry

• Maintain call quality and adhere to process compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Malayalam or Kannada

• Freshers welcome; training will be provided

Working Hours:

• Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary: ₹15,000 (Take-Home) per month

Incentives: Applicable based on performance (if any)
