Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Tamil Inbound Voice Support
Location: Chennai – Mount Road

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil related to TANGEDCO/TNEB services

• Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently

• Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines

• Record and update customer interactions in the system

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Degree - Degree mandatory

• Languages: Fluent Tamil (spoken & written) + Basic English

• Experience: Freshers welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage

• Shift Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

🕒 Work Timings

• Day Shifts:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Night Shift:

  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (4 days work, 3 days off)

💼 Salary & Benefits

Component Details Base Pay ₹10,000/month - ₹12,000/month + Attendance bonus
