Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Tamil Inbound Voice Process
Client: TANGEDCO / TNEB
Location: Chennai – Mount Road

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle inbound calls from TANGEDCO/TNEB customers, addressing queries related to electricity services, billing, and complaints. Your role is to ensure a smooth and helpful customer experience in Tamil, with basic English communication as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in Tamil and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer issues related to electricity services, billing, and outages.

• Maintain call logs and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to quality standards.

• Work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Degree or Diploma (Candidates with arrears are eligible).

• Languages: Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written) with basic English.

• Experience: Freshers welcome; BPO experience is a plus.

• Shift Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).

Work Timings:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (4 days work, 3 days off)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ₹10,000/month (Morning shift) ; 12,000/month + incentives (Night shift)

• Incentives: Attendance bonus + Overtime pay

• Other Perks: PF/ESI, transport (if applicable)
