We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to manage IVR-based interactions and outbound calling for our loan department. The ideal candidate will assist customers with loan-related queries, generate leads, and ensure smooth communication throughout the loan process.
Attend IVR calls and guide customers based on their queries.
Make outbound calls to customers interested in loans.
Explain loan products in a clear and simple way.
Collect customer information and update it in the system.
Follow up with customers for documents or application steps.
Maintain basic records of daily calls.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Should be polite, patient, and confident while speaking.
