Legal Capital is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Voice Process Executives to handle client interactions and support business operations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
Communicate with clients to explain legal services and offerings.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
