Position: Voice Process Executive (USA Process)
Job Type: Full-Time | Company Payroll

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with insurance companies and patients in the USA.
Communicate professionally on behalf of USA doctors and medical practices.
Follow up with insurance companies regarding insurance claims, eligibility, authorizations, and billing-related queries.
Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
Deliver professional customer service with excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English.
Intelligent, confident, and quick learner.
Computer savvy with good typing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact professionally with international clients.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in the USA Process.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
Freshers with excellent spoken English are welcome.
Experience in International Voice Process/BPO will be an added advantage.

Training

Training will be provided ONLY to selected candidates after the interview and selection process.

Shift Duties

Shift Timing: As per client requirement.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Weekly Off

Saturday & Sunday.
