Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to delivery partners and vendors.

  • Resolve operational issues related to orders, payments, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs.

  • Escalate issues to concerned departments when needed.

  • Ensure timely resolution and partner satisfaction.
