• Manage inbound & outbound calls related to insurance claims.

• Answer customer inquiries on claim status, documentation, & payment timelines.

• Identify complex cases for escalation to the appropriate department.

• Stay updated on company policies and claim procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate/Any graduate.

• Experience: 0-2 years in any voice process.

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Telugu; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
