Job Description

Required Skills:

· Qualification: Accounts & Finance Graduation

· Experience: Fresher’s

· Languages: English and Hindi mandatory

· Shift: Day Shift

Shifts starting from 9:00am to 7:30pm (girls) and 10:30am to 9:30pm (boys) 9 hrs working including 1hr break.

· Location: HSR Layout ( Bangalore )

· Joining: Immediately

About Process:

· Handle inbound customer calls related to Tally accounting software.

· Understand and analyze customers’ accounting and taxation issues, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).

· Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions for resolving Tally-related problems and queries on GST and TDS.

· Maintain clear communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Document customer interactions and issues for future reference.

· Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer experience.
