About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Blinkit process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information regarding Blinkit services, products, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups for issue closure.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher teams as per standard procedures.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and meet performance metrics (TAT, CSAT, FCR).
Deliver a seamless and positive experience to Blinkit customers.
Requirements
Must have own laptop/desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
Ability to work in rotational shifts (any 8 hours), including weekends.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in customer support / BPO / e-commerce will be an advantage. Fresher Also Welcome.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
