Job Description – Domestic Voice / Non-Voice Process

Process: Domestic Voice & Non-Voice
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding services.

Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction as per process guidelines.
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Update customer information accurately and ensure issues are resolved as per process guidelines.
Salary:

Freshers: ₹14,000
Experienced: ₹18,000

Work Schedule:

6 days working
1 rotational week off
Day rotational shifts

Eligibility:

Undergraduates / Graduates
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (for voice process)

Location: Pocharam

Transportation:

Two-way cab facility provided (up to 30 km radius)
